Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution, and has a strong track record of scaling campaigns, generating leads, and improving ROI.
You will be responsible for managing paid media, optimizing funnels, and leading cross-channel marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Oversee SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic and inbound leads
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
- Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Track and report on key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team is a plus
