Terms of service
These terms govern use of this Remote Work deployment, including its free catalog, account features, and monthly membership.
Operator and acceptance
MB Nera Laiko operates this service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can form a binding agreement where you live.
Job information
Remote Work aggregates and structures third-party job information. Listings, eligibility, compensation, availability, and classifications may be incomplete, inaccurate, or stale. Verify material terms with the employer. Remote Work is not the employer, recruiter, or party to your application or employment relationship.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not bypass access controls, share paid access, scrape protected catalog data, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities, misuse personal information, or use listings unlawfully. Public search-engine access does not grant permission for bulk extraction or republication.
Membership and billing
The public offer is $29 per month. Stripe processes payment and the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Access begins only after a paid invoice is confirmed and can end when the paid-through period expires or payment status no longer qualifies. Manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law continue to apply.
Availability and changes
Features, sources, and classifications may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside the operator’s control. Material commercial changes apply prospectively and will be presented through the service where appropriate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of job availability, suitability, hiring outcome, uninterrupted operation, or error-free classification. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
