Role Description

This is a Remote role (or hybrid in LA or NYC). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in finance, accounting, and fintech roles. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruitment strategies, networking with potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role allows for some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Experience in Sourcing, Interviewing, and Candidate Placement
• Ability to Develop Recruitment Strategies and Utilize Networking Skills
• Proficiency in Maintaining Candidate Databases and Coordinating with Hiring Managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with finance, accounting, and fintech industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
