Role Overview
Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. As an Investment Banking Specialist, you will review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation methodologies, pitch materials, and deal structuring.
What You Will Do
Create realistic scenarios based on investment banking workflows, annotate and validate data, provide structured feedback on AI accuracy, and collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank
- Background in areas such as M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks
- Clear written communication and attention to detail
