Appointment Setter

Remote Recruitment is looking for an Appointment Setter to support a UK sales team, working fully remotely from South Africa. This is a 100% remote role focused on booking quality appointments that keep the sales pipeline full.

Role overview

You'll reach out to prospects, spark interest and book them in for meetings with the sales team. It's a great fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone and motivated by hitting targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects by phone and email to introduce the company
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Keep the CRM up to date with notes and next steps
• Follow up consistently to secure confirmed meetings
• Work to weekly booking targets with support from your team lead

What you'll need

• Experience in appointment setting, telesales or lead generation
• Clear, confident spoken and written English
• Familiarity with CRM and dialler tools
• A self-motivated, goal-driven approach
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

What's on offer

Salary of R15,000 to R20,000 per month, depending on experience, plus the chance to earn more as you hit targets. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday. Join a friendly team with real training and steady work from home.
