Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our [link removed] ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, particularlyin handling Australian clients, and will be proficient in using XERO. You willbe responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll,managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring all financialtransactions are properly recorded.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manageand process payroll, invoicing, and bank/financial transactions.
  
• Handleaccounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  
• Maintainaccurate and up-to-date financial records.
  
• Reconcilebank statements and financial records.
  
• Preparefinancial reports and summaries as required.
  
• Collaboratewith the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  
• Assistwith Australian tax preparations (a plus).
  

Qualifications:

• Atleast 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  
• Experienceworking for or with Australian clients.
  
• Strongunderstanding of payroll, invoicing, AP, AR, and bank transactions.
  
• Proficiencyin XERO is a must.
  
• Knowledgeof Australian tax laws is a plus.
  
• Strongattention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  
• Abilityto work independently in a remote setting.
  
• Experiencein working for HEALTHCARE organizations/companies preferred.
