Job description
As a Trainee with a focus on Marketing and Brand/Product Management, you will support our marketing team in brand management, the implementation of digital campaigns, and day-to-day operations. You will learn the fundamentals of product and trade marketing and take ownership of your own marketing projects. You bring a completed university degree, initial practical experience in marketing, and excellent communication skills. Your Responsibilities Include:
Product Management & Launches: Supporting our team in operational product management and accompanying exciting new product launches from preparation to market launch.
E-Retail Support: Assisting the team in managing and optimizing our online presence with retail partners, including "Perfect Screen" support and content maintenance (e.g., for nutribullet on [link removed]).
Newsletter Marketing: Operational co-management and strategic development of the Brand Club, combined with the conception, creation, and regular dispatch of newsletters for key brands to sustainably strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
Shipping & Barter Deals: Supporting the operational processing of product shipments and barter cooperations, as well as generating tracking links via UTM creation.
Trade Fair & Event Support: Active collaboration in the planning, organization, and successful execution of trade fairs and brand events.
Catalog & Promotional Material Management: Assisting with the creation, updating, and provision of product catalogs for retail and end consumers, as well as coordinating, managing, and target-distributing advertising and promotional materials for various marketing activities.
Reporting & Analysis: Regular reporting on project progress, campaign results, and KPIs to the Marketing Management.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Completed Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media and Communication Sciences, or a related field of study.
Initial Practical Experience: Ideally internships or working student positions in the field of marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English.
Creativity & Trend Awareness: A high level of enthusiasm for digital media, new marketing trends, and creative content creation.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills for evaluating campaign KPIs.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team while also being able to work independently.
Flexibility and Willingness to Travel: For instance, providing on-site support at events and trade fairs.
Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Google Workspace, as well as ideally initial experience with tracking tools or Content Management Systems (CMS).
Mindset: An entrepreneurial approach and a strong hands-on mentality.
