Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends. You will create engaging content, manage publishing calendars, monitor performance metrics, interact with online communities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

• Experience creating engaging social media content, including copywriting, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Knowledge of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.

• Familiarity with scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar.

• Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with paid social media campaigns and social advertising is a plus.
