Lead Creative Producer

Role Overview

Cast & Crew is looking for a Lead Creative Producer to own the development of original content that engages and inspires the production community. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, interviewer, producer, and creative strategist.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a creative content strategy, create original content franchises, conceptualize and script short-form videos, interviews, social content, and podcast episodes, and manage content from concept through publication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, creative production, social media, advertising, or a related field, exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, and a strong understanding of what performs across various social media channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, creative production, social media, advertising, or a related field
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills
• Proven ability to develop engaging video concepts and social-first creative
• Strong understanding of what performs across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Experience working closely with designers, video editors, or creative teams
• Ability to take ideas from concept through execution
• Strong creative instincts balanced with a data-informed mindset
• Highly collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
