Role Overview
Join a leading Am Law firm in Jacksonville as a Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, compliance matters, and traditional labor issues. Ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
What You Will Do
Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, advise on compliance with employment laws, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience at a law firm
- Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and employment litigation strategy
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Trial experience is a plus
- Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
