You didn’t become a nurse practitioner to feel rushed, boxed in, or disconnected from your patients.
What if you could build a practice that actually reflects how you want to care for your community?
At Kinstead Health, we partner with experienced nurse practitioners to launch their own independent practices, with full support behind the scenes.
What This Is:

This is an opportunity to:
Start your own practice (primary care or mental health)
Care for patients in your community, your way
Build long-term relationships, not rushed visits
Create a schedule and model that actually works for your life
You own your practice. We handle the rest.
What We Handle For You:

A supported path to launching your own practice
Higher earning potential over time
