Position: Excel Expert — IT Manager Type:Contract Compensation:$70–$100/hour Location:Remote Commitment:20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the IT management domain. Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks from professional experience and write accurate, well-structured solutions. Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear, written feedback. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data. Qualifications Must-Have Strong, hands-on Excel proficiency with nested formulas, lookups, PivotTables, dashboards, and analytical tools. Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or macros/VBA is a plus. 5+ years in an in-house IT management or leadership role using Excel daily. Demonstrable career progression into senior IT management. Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays. Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills. United States–based only. Compensation & Legal W-2 employment with Cincinnatus LLC.
