We are seeking an experienced Engagement Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate effective strategies and tactics that increase audience engagement across [link removed] programs. This individual will own program performance across multiple therapeutic areas for both clinicians and patients/caregivers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven marketer who can craft compelling messaging, manage budgets, and translate audience and performance insights into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure performance goals and KPI milestones are met for all assigned programs
- Develop and execute effective strategies to increase audience acquisition and engagement with assigned video education programs
- Create powerful messaging that engages target audiences
- Monitor audience engagement and acquisition metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Present program performance and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders
- Manage marketing budgets for assigned programs and deliver spend at or below budget
- Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, enhance content development, and improve efficiency in performance analysis and reporting
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or audience engagement, preferably within a digital health, education, or media environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing email campaigns and engagement and acquisition strategies that meet or exceed KPIs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering programs at or below budget
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to own multiple campaigns simultaneously; familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency is a plus
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000–$110,000, determined by relevant experience.
