Ecosystem Researcher

Role Overview

Mantle is seeking a high-signal ecosystem operator to help grow brand presence, community engagement, and offline traction. This part-time role is designed for individuals deeply embedded in either the crypto/X ecosystem or the San Francisco AI / builder community.

What You Will Do

Conduct in-depth research, identify emerging trends, and translate them into clear, actionable insights. Represent Mantle at industry events, engage with ecosystem participants, and support internal strategy and campaigns.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or tech ecosystems, strong understanding of crypto culture, and ability to build relationships with founders, builders, and ecosystem participants.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or tech ecosystems
• Strong understanding of crypto culture and emerging narratives
• Ability to conduct lightweight research and translate insights into clear, well-written content
• Comfortable engaging in both online and offline ecosystem environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with founders, builders, and ecosystem participants
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt messaging across different audiences
