We’re a UK cleaning company providing Residential and End of Tenancy services. We’re looking for a Service Solutions Sales Consultant to convert leads into confirmed bookings and help clients find the right services.
The Role:
You’ll manage warm leads, advise clients, and secure confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert warm leads into bookings.
Recommend suitable services.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
What We Offer:
R8,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).
40 days paid annual leave.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.
Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
Own reliable laptop/desktop.
