Senior Insights Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a senior insights manager to join our Data Insights team. From data to insights should be your mantra.

You will be responsible for the delivery of consolidated, actionable insights reports to our customers. You must be skilled at formulating and developing actionable insights driven by data. This must include: identifying valuable trends, identifying behavioral patterns, and originating insights and opportunities that stem from our data. You will work closely with other members of the Data Insights team, including our data scientist and data analysts.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with a previous record of published success in the field of data insight. This experience can either be gained at a senior level within finance marketing or even digital media, but with a similar focus on companies and markets. You will demonstrate passion for and have deep knowledge of data management.
You must have excellent spoken and written English, and possess the ability to communicate to and influence people.

As a core member, you will be responsible for driving insights and actionability. Your Responsibilities Are Extremely Visible and Thus Critically Important. You will:
• Ability to formulate a road-map in the direction around developing a leading
data and insights presence for the business.
• Analyze and interpret large volumes of data
• Ability to create a hypothesis based on a set of data
• Develop insights that can shape strategy and drive key decisions
• Identify and implement new and innovative insight techniques
• Communicate data and insights via storytelling
• Prioritize a portfolio of high-impact research initiatives
• Direct, design and execute research projects
• of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills.

Past Experience:

• At least 7 years’ experience. Financial industry experience is not a

requirement, but is beneficial

• Prior experience in data analytics and insights
  • A good knowledge of the startup industry, and also keen interest in the
  startup development.
  
  Soft Skills:
  • Excellent English and business communication skills
  • Ability to work with an international team and be cognizant of different
  cultures
  • Can-do attitude with good inter-personal skills and team work
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to tight deadlines

• Has potential to move into a lead role
