UI/UX Designer

This is a remote position. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and usability best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences that delight our users and meet business [link removed] Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals. Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behaviours. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications. Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to ensure smooth user experiences. Translate complex concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems. Stay up to date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools and technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field. 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UX research, interaction design, and visual design. Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
