Job Description -

Job Title- Casting Engineer with Aerospace domain exp

Location- Remote

Note- Selected person needs to travel all across USA to P & W supplier sites.

Mandatory Skills:-

1. Domain knowledge of manufacturing processes machining processes involved in 5C components, drawing reading, Knowledge of process quality control parameters and techniques
2. Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements for set-up of Casting shop to evaluate alternatives with Cost-benefit analysis
3. Hands on experience on equipment / plant set-up related to casting shop.
4. Product development design Concepts
5. Knowledge of calculation of Casting parameters, Casting component casting equipment design.
6. Familiar with softwares such as Uni-graphics, Auto-cad, Factory-CAD, Metal Flow Simulation (Not mandatory)
7. Ability to effectively communicate specific requirements with suppliers and monitor the overall development process at supplier end
8. Strategic Thinking Strong execution orientation and problem solving approach
