For their internal needs, we are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will spearhead the user experience strategy and design for intricate digital products and platforms. You'll influence product direction and implement top-tier design practices. This position demands a blend of strategic foresight and practical execution, complemented by strong leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and client stakeholders.
Desired skills and experience:
- 3-4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, demonstrating successful projects and impactful user experiences.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects, preferably utilizing Design Thinking approaches.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and information architecture best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user perspective.
