Chief Artificial Intelligence (AI) Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader fluent in Russian and English to spearhead our AI journey across architecture, transformation, and product innovation. This role is for someone who can build the technical backbone, drive enterprise-wide adoption, and turn AI into scalable products that redefine how our companies operate.

About the Role
You will own the group-wide AI strategy, ensuring the platforms are robust, secure, and future-ready. Beyond technology, you will lead transformation at scale, embedding AI into the fabric of the business. From piloting new ideas to launching enterprise products in compliance, legaltech, and data-driven solutions, you will create measurable impact across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scale AI architecture, ensuring reliability, security, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Lead a central AI transformation office to embed governance, operating models, and adoption across all companies.
• Build and deliver AI-driven products in compliance, legal, tax, and data domains.
• Oversee MLOps pipelines, cloud/GPU infrastructure, and ethical AI standards.
• Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic bets.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to align AI strategy with growth and efficiency goals.
• Inspire and mentor distributed teams, driving change management and adoption.
• Scout new technologies and vendors, guiding build-vs-buy decisions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in AI architecture, enterprise transformation, and product delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, MLOps, and data governance.
• Strong experience scaling pilots into enterprise adoption.
• Deep knowledge of compliance, legaltech, and data-driven AI products.
• Exceptional leadership presence, able to inspire teams and communicate with executives.
• Background with leading tech companies (e.g., Meta, Google) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Russian; other languages are a plus.
