We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly!   We are recruiting for our Lisbon Office where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 200 people. Consultants based in Lisbon will support clients globally with the opportunity for international travel. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

This role is ideal for an experienced BI professional who can work independently with senior stakeholders, translate ambiguous business questions into robust reporting solutions, and lead the delivery of high-quality dashboards and analytics products. The successful candidate will bring strong technical experience across BI tooling, SQL, databases, data modelling, and visual analytics, combined with the communication skills needed to influence stakeholders and drive better decision-making through data.

The primary BI platform used in this role will be Sigma, so hands-on Sigma experience is highly desirable. Candidates with strong experience in comparable BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik, and the ability to quickly adapt to Sigma, may also be suitable.

There is also an opportunity to explore the use of n8n, AI agents, and other automation or agentic AI solutions to enhance reporting workflows, generate insights from dashboards, automate recurring analysis, and improve how stakeholders interact with data.

What we are looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data visualization, with strong hands-on experience using Sigma. Experience in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, can be considered.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases, data models, joins, KPIs, calculations, and reporting logic.

• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, practical BI solutions, dashboards, and actionable insights.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, improve existing reporting processes, and maintain a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, and usability. 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with n8n, AI agents, workflow automation, or agentic AI solutions.

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis, automation, validation, or prototyping.
