Join a leading Am Law firm as a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney in the Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Represent employers in complex labor and employment litigation, advise on executive mobility issues, and counsel clients on employment law compliance and workforce risk management.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Experience handling restrictive covenant, trade secret, or unfair competition litigation
- Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar
