Employment Type: Long-term Independent Contractor (Offshore)

Reports To: Direct Clients based in Australia

Position Summary:

We are recruiting on behalf of direct Australian clients who are looking for Offshore Social Media and Marketing Specialists to support their brand visibility and digital presence. This is a remote, long-term opportunity for creative and detail-oriented individuals who can work independently while aligning with the client's brand voice and goals. Youll play a key role in content creation, social media management, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Write engaging captions, blog snippets, and email content aligned with brand tone
  • Develop and maintain content calendars and assist with campaign planning
  • Monitor social media activity and engage with followers professionally
  • Prepare simple reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance
  • Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and occasional webinar promotions
  • Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and relevant content strategies
  • Work closely with the client to ensure brand consistency across platforms

    Key Skills & Requirements:

    Experience in social media management and digital marketing

    Strong English communication and writing skills

    Proficient in Canva (or similar design platforms)

    Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, VN, Canva, or other mobile/desktop editors)

    Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.

    Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Brevo, or Klaviyo (a plus)

    Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently

    Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment

    Comfortable working in or overlapping with the Australian time zone
