The role
Job description
Tahche Outsourcings US partner is a branded products agency that designs, sources, and manufactures branded promotional products, merchandise, apparel, and corporate gifts for major brands. They help customers with eCommerce solutions, creative graphic design services, and kitting and fulfillment projects.
We are looking for a PRODUCTION ADMIN to provide support, with minimal guidance, to supplier management and help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The individual will be responsible to provide support with managing orders through to delivery. The primary function is to ensure the business is running smoothly behind the scenes and that all our orders in production with our supplier partners are being fulfilled and produced as per the purchase orders and client requests. The individual will be responsible for helping communicate with the customers by providing them production proofs, order updates, tracking numbers and navigating through potential set-backs that happen after orders are in production.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a home-based work set-up.

Job Description
- Apply client logos and brand assets to product templates with precision and consistency
- Ensure all logo placements meet brand guidelines, scale, and color accuracy standards
- Prepare and export production-ready files in required formats for client review/vendor use
- Maintain organized digital files, templates, and asset libraries
- Perform quality checks to confirm artwork is correct before release to production or clients
- I'd add bullets that are like
- Maintain knowledge of production methods including but not limited to screenprinting, embroidery, and laser engraving
- Create proofs made for custom factory production - collecting specs and material details to give instruction on best output
- Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-volume, high-accuracy artwork requests
Experience Needed:
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Able to build presentations with PowerPoint Familiar with Mac OS X, G Suite, and Dropbox.
- Working knowledge of Squarespace and Shopify
- Experience with creating logos and style guides.
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction on projects
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to work effectively and efficiently without close supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
