This is a remote position.
BreadPartners, Inc., headquartered in Cinnaminson, NJ, is seeking Regional Sales Representatives in multiple locations around the US to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities via cold calling, industry networking, and referrals
- Maintain and expand upon current customer base by building and maintaining rapport with customers
- Accomplish sales goals and targets
- Provide accurate forecasts and budgets for potential sales
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of our product range, technical knowledge, and product applications
- Capture customer and market intelligence
- Organize product demonstrations in collaboration with our technical team
- Product sales presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years outside sales experience; preferably in the baking/food/beverage industry
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Needs to be well organized and be able to be flexible with baking hours
- Proven track record of developing sales territories, exceeding sales targets and fostering relationships with customers and key accounts
- Proven results in relationship building, negotiation skills, strategic insight and concept thinking. Must have the ability to advise and manage corporate accounts as well as retail accounts
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM software
- Self-disciplined, works independently, and has a strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability for overnight travel as needed - up to 40%
- Valid US driver’s license and reliable means of transportation (car)
- Baking background is a plus but not required – we provide training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
