Position: Expert Professionals - Consulting Type:Contract Compensation:$90–$120/hour Location:Remote Role Responsibilities Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics. Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to consulting frameworks and problem-solving methodologies. Set the gold standard for quality and rigor. Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment across tasks. Evaluate consulting tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data. Qualifications Must-Have 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized, top-tier firm. Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent). Deep expertise in a core consulting practice—strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory. Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays. Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
