Role Overview
Lead integration management efforts across varying levels of complexity, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and go-live readiness. Facilitate cross-functional communication and issue resolution, proactively identifying risks, escalating critical issues, and driving accountability to meet integration milestones. Develop and execute staffing and physician recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with operational and integration needs. Oversee practice operations strategy, including physician scheduling, staffing optimization, and demand vs. supply management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and financial performance.

Manage projects, interpret and manage complex information, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and navigate challenges in complex client relationships.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of project management experience
- CAPM or PMP certification

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
