Accountant

This is a remote position.

ØPerform daily accounting tasks such as properly recording ledger entries, payments and adjustments.

ØProcess payments.

ØPerform daily monitoring of banking activities.

ØPrepare financial reports.

ØConduct reconciliation reports such as cash flow, bank statements, etc.

ØOversee the company’s financial data and ensure that the company is in compliance with legal requirements.

ØDevelop systems by establishing and defining policies and procedures for financial transactions.

ØVerify, allocate, and post transactions on a daily basis or as needed.

ØContribute to team effort by accomplishing results as defined on the task at hand.

ØPerform other related tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements

ØBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

ØExperience in handling global financial accounts.

ØCan produce work with high level of accuracy.

ØProficient with accounting systems.

ØExcellent math and communication skills.

ØProfessionalism and organization skills.

ØMust be responsible and understands accountability within his / her own projects.
