Role Overview
Join our Project Management & Design Department as a Project Designer, responsible for managing design plans for new construction and renovation projects, specializing in Educational Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E).
What You Will Do
Create comprehensive designs, present design concepts, source materials, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. Utilize specialized software to produce CAD drawings and 3D visuals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has spatial creativity, technical CAD skills, and strong communication skills. 2-4 years of industry experience in commercial project design is preferred.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of industry experience in commercial project design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Giza 2020 / CAP, and CET Designer (Configura)
- Strong knowledge of interior design and custom furniture solutions
- Technical skills in generating precise CAD drawings and detailed 3D models/visuals
