Reporting MIS Executive | Remote (India)

Job Summary

We're looking for a Reporting MIS Executive to support reporting, dashboard development, and business analysis within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate has strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills, excellent English communication, and prior BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational and management reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
• Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Generate insights to support business decisions.
• Automate reporting processes where possible.
• Work closely with operations and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of reporting/MIS/Data Analyst experience.
• BPO experience is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas).
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Working Arrangement

• Remote (India)
• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM IST

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in India.
• Must have a personal laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
