Job description
This is a remote position.
Marketing Management- Coordinate the efforts and direction of the Digital marketing aspect of the Marketing in achieving set business goals
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Develop and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Implement marketing strategies to re-engage potential customers.
- Manage budgets and bids for digital ad campaigns.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Create and manage Email content marketing strategies.
- Develop blog posts, articles, and other written content.
- Manage the content calendar.
- Optimize content for SEO.
- Manage email marketing campaigns.
- Build and segment email lists.
- Create and send newsletters and promotional emails.
Lead Generation- Develop and execute strategies for generating quality leads through digital channels.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns across various platforms.
- Track and optimize the lead funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Public Relations (PR)- Handle media relations and press releases.
- Develop PR campaigns to enhance the agency's reputation.
- Respond to media inquiries.
- Manage crisis communication if necessary.
SEO- Optimize the agency's website and client websites for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Track and report on SEO performance.
Analytics- Collect and analyze data related to marketing efforts.
- Generate reports on campaign performance.
- Provide insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools and software.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of launching and scaling new products or services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content distribution strategies.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Adaptable and creative problem-solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for persuasive ad copy and landing page messaging.
