Role Overview

A part-time medical biller is needed to assist with claims, denials, and other billing tasks for a private outpatient psychiatry practice. The role is fully remote and will take a few hours a week to start.

What You Will Do

Duties include verifying insurance coverage, correcting rejected claims, handling patient inquiries, and following up on unpaid medical bills.

Requirements

• Experience with medical billing
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with EMRs (Electronic Medical Records)
