• Preparelogicalreasoningandlanguagetestsforthepreliminary rounds.
• MonitorkeyHRmetrics, includingtime-to-fill,time-to-hire andsourceof hire.
• Beaconsultant forthenew employeeson board.
• Conductjoiningformalities.
• Conductexit formalities.
• Beresponsiblefor day-to-dayHRoperations.
