Social Worker - Team Manager

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a team manager within a well established Stroud based Charity in Stroud.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Service: Early Help Service
• Focus: Delivering early intervention support rather than long-term social work
• Contract Length: Initial 3-month contract
• Extension: Contract may be extended
• Management Responsibility: Managing 3 remote Social Workers
• Management Responsibility: Managing 3 Support Workers
• Total Staff Managed: 6 staff members (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers)
• Working Pattern: Required to be on-site 4 days per week
• Nature of Role: Team Manager position within an Early Help/Early Intervention service
• Location: Stroud-based charity
• Working Style: Combination of on-site management and supervision of remote staff members

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
