As an Investment Analyst, you will be an integral member of the team with significant responsibilities and the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the investment process, including:Research on technology, software, and health/wellness/healthcare businessesFinancial modeling for both deals and portfolio company monitoringWriting to support investment sourcing, due diligence, and underwriting decisionsPreparing investor materials, including decks, memos, financial models, and moreMonitoring portfolio companies and related news/eventsDeveloping corporate strategyOther responsibilities to support the Founding Partner and CEO, as mutually agreedYou will have the opportunity to:Work directly with the Founding Partner and CEO, who has raised and deployed over $100 million in capital over the last 5 years and achieved top-decile performanceContribute to the operational, strategic, and cultural development of the emerging investment companyParticipate in all areas of a private equity fund, including sourcing, due diligence, preparing investor materials, investor relations, corporate strategy, and moreRequirements
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity/venture capitalFinance/Accounting experience and financial modeling skills (not required)Microsoft Word and Excel skills; Canva skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, be a self-starter, and operate as a team playerResourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting research and financial analysisStrong work ethic and attention to detailGraduation DateGraduating May 2026 - May 2028
