Talent Acquisition - Team Lead
The Role:
As the Talent Acquisition – Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our growing talent acquisition function. With the expansion of our team, we’re looking for a hands-on and dynamic professional who can coach and empower the TA team, build strong partnerships across the business, and ensure we attract top talent to fuel our continued growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on mentoring others, takes ownership of performance and results, and is passionate about creating a high-performing, collaborative team culture. As the Talent Acquisition – Team Lead, you’ll go beyond filling roles — you’ll empower a team, build strategic hiring capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Coach, guide and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their growth and development through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring KPIs and recruitment targets are met while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments, ensuring top talent is identified and hired efficiently.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Oversee recruitment workflows, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Leverage data and insights to report on hiring performance, market trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Main requirements:
- University Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of solid HR experience, including hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a team leading role.
- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or tech/finance-driven environment is a strong plus.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align local hiring practices with global initiatives.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to develop and inspire recruitment teams.
- A data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking team KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized – you keep processes running smoothly even under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
