Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, specifically related to US traffic and offshore gambling markets.

This role will focus on building, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive player acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term strategic relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates and media partners
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners within US and offshore gambling markets
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality
• Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities
• Analyze traffic reports, conversion data, and campaign performance to optimize results
• Collaborate with CRM, SEO, and Marketing teams to align acquisition strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within Sportsbook or iGaming
• Experience working with affiliate platforms, trackers, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing channels
• Familiarity with SEO and performance marketing concepts
