Project Executive (Offshore)

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics and documentation for project shipments
• Ensure timely and accurate transportation per Project Managers guidelines
• Handle shipping documents and comply with international trade regulations
• Coordinate with carriers and service providers for efficient and safe shipment
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
• Address and resolve issues like delays or damages promptly
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Travel as required to meet clients or oversee global operations.

Requirements

• 2 years experience as Operations Executive role or similar
• Experienced in managing full cycle logistics for projects
