✍ Short Description:

The SMS Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize SMS marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy. This role is responsible for launching and maintaining campaigns end-to-end, configuring the technical infrastructure that supports delivery, monitoring performance, and resolving issues independently. The position requires a strong foundation in digital marketing and campaign operations, and is well-suited for someone with hands-on SMS or email marketing experience who is comfortable owning projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and continuously optimize SMS marketing campaigns to meet performance and deliverability standards.

• Configure and maintain campaign infrastructure including domains, DNS settings, and hosting environments such as cPanel.

• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery or technical issues, and resolve problems independently and efficiently.

• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports using Excel to support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and identify ongoing workflow optimization opportunities.

💡 Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in SMS marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.

• Experience with campaign tracking, pixels, tracking links, and end-to-end campaign setup.

• Working knowledge of domains, DNS management, and hosting environments such as cPanel.

• Proficiency in Excel for campaign reporting and performance analysis.

• Experience with platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, Cake, or similar SMS and performance marketing tools is a strong plus.
