Instruct different types of valuation reports across from different banks through nominated systems (i.e Valex / Core Logic) and save down reports correctly. Follow up valuation reports and responding to request for additional information. Enter borrower information lenders application forms and execute instructions given by the present borrower into application forms Request credit check consent via DocuSign and order credit report through various lender systems. Complete pricing requests and negotiate interest rates where required. Prepare loan switches and variations accurately as instructed by broker and client Support Loan Review, maintain client database, manage gift cards and referral program. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At least 3-4 years' experience in mortgage process support / loans processing for Australia High competency in using cloud-based tools & systems. MUST have working knowledge in using CRM's Have Bachelors Degree related in business or financial or alike.
