Job Summary: This position is for persons with very strong experience using AIs such as ChatGPT. The successful candidate will have knowledge of creating AI agents, AI voice agents, and AI chatbots and understand the complexities and limitations of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer requests for AI support.
• Build AI agents, AI voice agents, and AI chatbots.
• Perform research using AI.
• Use AI to improve productivity by uploading documents and reports for AI analysis.
• Create AI videos.

Qualifications:

• Proven AI experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple AI platforms.

System Requirements:

• Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
• Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops.
• Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
• Backup Internet: Secondary internet source capable of handling full workload OR access to a backup location.
• Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
• Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during virtual meetings and calls.

Additional Requirements:

• No bad records from previous employers and no derogatory records.
• Must pass required assessment and screening.
