Senior Product Delivery Manager - Onboarding

Role Overview

As the PM for Customer Identification and Verification, you own the KYC layer of our onboarding journey, shaping how Mollie enters new markets from the ground up. You'll manage an ecosystem of 10+ identity verification and compliance vendors, drive a structured experimentation strategy, and improve KYC conversion rates.

What You Will Do

KYC conversion improvements, compliant KYC flows for new markets, vendor coverage assessments, structured A/B testing, commercial outcomes across vendor relationships, onboarding workstream contributions to the GC integration.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with KYC, KYB, identity verification, or regulated financial onboarding
• A track record of owning conversion funnels
• Experience managing external vendor or supplier relationships
• Comfort operating across multiple markets with varying regulatory requirements
• PM II or Senior PM level
