Remote Tele-Sales

This is a remote position.

• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and potential clients to close sales deals.
• Coordinate between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support

Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the education industry and training.
• previous experience in the events also and up selling services.
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Strong background in sales
• Excellent command of English
