The BI & Reporting team supports Jabil's Healthcare business by delivering enterprise analytics, reporting, and planning solutions that drive informed decision-making across global operations. Leveraging Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, and PowerON, the team transforms data into actionable insights while supporting a scalable and highly regulated business environment. JOB SUMMARY The Power BI Developer – Healthcare is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and delivery of Power BI reporting solutions across the organization. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and the wider BI team to deliver accurate, reliable, and insightful reporting solutions. The position will contribute to building and maintaining a robust and scalable reporting environment, including supporting PowerON enabled solutions for write-back, planning, and forecasting use cases within a healthcare context. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Development and Implementation Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models Use DAX and Power Query to transform and analyze datasets Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources, including databases and cloud platforms Develop and support PowerON-enabled reporting solutions, including write-back capabilities and planning/forecasting functionality Support the deployment of reporting solutions into production environments Standards and Best Practices Follow established development standards, governance processes, and best practices Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data models, and PowerON implementations Ensure alignment with data governance and security requirements, particularly for healthcare data Stay up to date with Power BI and PowerON capabilities and enhancements Review and Optimization Support performance improvements for Power BI reports, datasets, and PowerON solutions Assist in troubleshooting data, reporting, and write-back functionality issues Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and report performance Collaboration and Communication Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting and planning requirements Translate business needs into effective reporting and interactive PowerON-enabled solutions Communicate technical concepts and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with data engineers and other IT teams to ensure data availability and quality QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Education Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience 2–4 years of experience in Power BI development or similar BI tools Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Experience with SQL and basic data integration concepts Hands-on experience with PowerON (e.g., Visual Planner or similar) for write-back, planning, or forecasting use cases Desired Experience working with healthcare data or regulated environments Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) Power BI certification (preferred) SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience or familiarity with PowerON visual suite capabilities Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a [link removed] e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a [link removed] e-mail address.
