AJO Specialist (Adobe Journey Optimizer) to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app).
- Design and implement real-time triggers for orchestration.
- Integrate RT-CDP audiences into AJO workflows.
- Configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules.
- Conduct QA and testing of journeys before launch.
- Monitor live journeys and optimize based on performance.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Adobe AJO and real-time orchestration.
- Experience in journey design and cross-channel campaign execution.
- Familiarity with RT-CDP audience segmentation and activation.
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
