Zoho Consultant

This is a remote position. In this consulting role you will interface directly with clients to solve practical business challenges through Zoho system implementation and support. You will work independently to ensure client success, backed by our in-house development team to deliver the system improvements that support each [link removed] Duties Manage client engagements across Zoho training, implementation, and custom development Manage client expectations and set clear goals Manage client communications effectively and on time Ensure client success through training and walkthroughs Implement solutions across the Zoho One application suite Effectively delegate development tasks to Zenatta's development team Contribute to company goals and objectives, including but not limited to content creation, community engagement, and internal meetings Requirements MUST LIVE IN North America Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with at least 4 of the following Zoho applications: CRM, Analytics, Campaigns / Marketing Automation, Creator, Projects, Desk, Books, Inventory Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language Strong understanding of REST API Experience implementing and administering CRM systems Background delivering business solutions on low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps) Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices Experience managing organizational change efforts Self-starter with robust communication skills Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401 K Paid Vacation Holidays About ZenattaZenatta Consulting is the top US Premium Partner for Zoho consulting and development services.
