Role Overview

Join the Merchant Services team within InPost's Consumer & Merchant Experiences domain as a Product Manager. You will own a product end-to-end, shaping the way merchants connect with and benefit from InPost's ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Define the product vision, drive measurable outcomes, and work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience. Launch and iteratively optimize products that improve user experience and generate scalable gains.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about scale, with a bias for outcomes and long-term value creation
• Deep understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into product decisions and metrics
• Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
• Strong ability to work effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional setup
• AI & Technology Fluency
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to product development, feature building, and user experience
