Job description
Objective: To drive multiple workstreams to enhance processes across each stage of Software Lifecycle Management (Plan, Acquire, Optimize, Retire and Governance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage multiple workstreams under enterprise-wide initiative. Run analysis to identify gaps and work with stakeholders on implementation of recommendations
- Hold stakeholders accountable and ensure timely execution
- Not an executor but someone who can plan and identify all steps for execution and work with different stakeholders to achieve the goal
- Able to foresee and work on challenges with implementation and identify other solutions
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Tech, Sourcing, Finance, and Communications teams
- Change Management: Driving adoption of new tools, policies, and processes
- Communicating change impact and benefits
Required Skills
- Strong project management and consulting experience
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a BizOps mindset
- Tools: Excel & PowerPoint (required); SQL & Power BI (preferred)
