Position: Legal Expert — Transactional / Corporate (Remote, Hourly) Type:Contract Compensation:$85–$120/hour Location:Remote Commitment:20–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design realistic deal scenarios from transactional practice such as M&A due diligence, SPAs/APAs, and securities filings. Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level quality. Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics. Provide written feedback to improve model behavior. Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions. Qualifications Must-Have 1–4 years of professional experience in transactional or corporate law. J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M. (U.K.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (active or inactive). Strong experience in contract review, due diligence, corporate governance, NDA drafting, or securities filings. Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail. Preferred Experience with disclosure schedules or closing checklists. Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or fund formation. Experience with SEC reporting or securities offerings. Familiarity with virtual data rooms like Intralinks or Datasite. Start Date Immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
