Role Overview

Five Star Bath Solutions is looking for a high-energy appointment setter and call confirmer to join their team. The role involves setting appointments, confirming calls, and providing top-notch support to clients. The team is fully remote and works in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Set appointments from warm leads, confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and manage the calendar.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to work in waves with frequent breaks (40 hours spread over 6 days)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-driven & motivated
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
